Compensation
We regularly evaluate compensation to ensure that every employee is paid an equitable salary that reflects local market rates. In addition, all employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses with the potential to earn up to 15% of their salary
Health & Wellness Coverage
We offer a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and their family. We also offer both HSA and FSA pre-tax account options to help you save money, with an employer match for the HSA! Additional benefits including Short-Term Disability (paying you 100% of your salary while you are out), Basic Life & AD&D Insurance, legal and counseling services, as well as will-preparation services are also 100% employer paid. Voluntary plans such as LTD are available at minimal costs. We even offer insurance for your pet!
Family Focused
Employees are eligible for up to four weeks of paid parental leave to spend time with their new addition. Employees are also eligible for up to 12 weeks of leave per year to focus on their health or the health of a loved one.
Paid Time Off
Employees can accrue up to 30 days of PTO per year, depending on tenure, in addition to our eight paid holidays. We also offer one extra floating holiday employees can use to celebrate their birthday or a federal/religious holiday of their choice. Additionally, our employees receive 24 hours of VTO (Volunteer Time Off).
Retirement
We match up to 5% of 401k contributions on a per pay basis.
