We know your worth and want to pay you for it

We regularly evaluate compensation to ensure that every employee is paid an equitable salary that reflects local market rates. In addition, all employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses with the potential to earn up to 15% of their salary

Employees are eligible for up to four weeks of paid parental leave to spend time with their new addition. Employees are also eligible for up to 12 weeks of leave per year to focus on their health or the health of a loved one.

Employees can accrue up to 30 days of PTO per year, depending on tenure, in addition to our eight paid holidays.
