CallTrackingMetrics Co-Founder Laure Fisher Named Top Woman Leader in SaaS
We’re thrilled to announce our Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Laure Fisher, has been named #6 on the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS list, published by The Software Report.
This annual list celebrates the most accomplished women across the software industry, in particular those who promote a culture that supports the advancement of women. The 2019 leaders were selected based on close evaluation of nominations and included CEOs, founders, presidents, and department heads from companies such as Looker, Expensify, Zoom, and more.
Laure and her husband, Todd Fisher, founded CallTrackingMetrics in 2012 and have since grown the company into a top-ranked call management platform serving over 100,000 users globally. CallTrackingMetrics has been recognized in Inc. Magazine’s 500™ list of fastest-growing private companies and as a leader on Capterra and G2 for inbound call tracking software and contact center as a service. In addition, Baltimore Business Journal has recognized CallTrackingMetrics as one of its Best Places to Work, as well as #12 on its 2019 list of 50 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
Laure’s commitment to customer success has driven the company towards $20 million in annual revenue in just a few short years, thanks to a continued focus on innovating and delivering more value to customers.
As Chief Operating Officer, Laure is dedicated to making CallTrackingMetrics a great place to work and grew the team by 40% over the past year. She led the establishment of the company’s core values: to innovate, make an impact, solve for our customers, and support our community. As one of her colleagues, Senior Engineer Bob Graw, put it, “Laure is a leader that actually believes employees are our company’s most important resource. She asks for and uses feedback from employees in every department and at every level. As a result, the culture and values of the company allow CTM to grow and thrive.”
Additional employee-focused initiatives included the launch of new growth opportunities for the team, such as a mentorship program and book club, as well as volunteer partnerships with local organizations Habitat for Humanity, Walk the Walk Foundation, and the Maryland Food Bank.
“Laure is always thinking about others, whether it is our customers, our employees, or even the community we serve,” shared Jeremy Wingate, Director of Customer Success. “Regardless of her position at CTM, she is often the first person to raise her hand to help or to speak in praise of someone else.”
In the spirit of the award, she is also dedicated to the advancement of women in the workplace. Erika Rollins, Director of Marketing, shared, “I love working for a company that not only values women in leadership roles, but celebrates them. Laure encourages all of us to believe in our goals and what we’re passionate about and to not be afraid to ask for what we want or need.”
CTM’s Director of Sales added, “Laure’s business acumen, natural curiosity, and passion drive her performance as a sharp operator. Working alongside Laure is a pleasure as she has the ability to articulate her vision succinctly which makes each collaboration that much more effective.”
With Laure’s leadership, we look forward to continuing to provide innovative communication tools to businesses for many years to come. Learn more about Laure and her fellow women leaders at The Software Report.
