How does the Swydo + CTM integration work?
- Create an account with Swydo
- In Swydo go to (or create) the Client where you want to add the connection
- Look for the CallTrackingMetrics app, and click on connect, you will be asked for the Access Key and Secret Key
- Locate your Access Key and Secret Key
- Copy and paste your Access Key and Secret Key.
- Log into your Call Tracking Metric account
- Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
- Click API Integration in the left-hand navigation or scroll down to the section.
- Click Enable API Access.
- Your Access Key and Secret Key will be displayed on the screen.
- To copy/paste the Key, please click on Show Secret Key
