Call Tracking Integration
Getting started is easy!
- Create your Call Tracking Metrics Account or Agency.
- Under account settings, click "Enable Sync to HubSpot" to activate the integration.
Call Tracking Metrics is excited to announce a new way to use your call tracking data. If you are using HubSpot's Inbound Marketing Software, you can now easily sync call leads coming through your tracking numbers to your HubSpot account. This will allow you to holistically view your leads and manage call conversions in HubSpot.
How does it work?
On the account settings page within Call Tracking Metrics, choose to link your account to HubSpot. You will then be prompted to enter information about your HubSpot account and you can choose a minimum call duration to sync as a call lead to HubSpot. (i.e. only sync calls over 60 seconds)
If you do not yet have a Call Tracking Metrics account started, you can do that here. HubSpot integration is available as part of our Business Plus, Agency and Agency Plus plans.
Once calls start coming in, you will see them show up as leads in HubSpot. The phone number, caller ID info, audio file etc will all show in HubSpot with the call.
