Advertising ROI Reports
We know that it’s critical for you to be able to demonstrate the return on each of your advertising investments- and that it has traditionally been hard to produce this data. Call Tracking Metrics ROI reports enable you to track your advertising costs side by side with your inbound call performance, providing you with rich information on the results of your efforts.
How does it work?
Our reports provide rich call data from your regular use of our tracking numbers for your advertising campaigns. In addition, there are a few pieces of information you will enter:
1. Each month, you verify your monthly advertising costs for each campaign (you can set defaults and tweak them each month if they change)
2. On a regular basis, you will also want to enter the following for each of your calls in the call log:
- CSR assigned to the call
- Indicate if the call closes
- If it does close, enter a revenue amount
- Rate the CSR’s performance on the call
From there, our software will do the rest. In realtime, you will be able to view the call and sales performance of each of your campaigns and make important decisions about how to allocate your advertising dollars going forward.
Specific Reports Included
ROI Overview- Shows you the ROI for each of your advertising campaigns allowing you to track results over time and compare campaigns. In addition to ROI, you are able to view and compare call volume, cost per call, % of calls booked, and revenue for each campaign.
CSR (Customer Service Rep) Overview- Takes a deeper dive into the performance of each of your CSR’s by looking at % of calls booked, revenue booked, average revenue booked per call, and average performance rating. This information is critical as you look to upskill and communicate performance amongst your customer service staff.
Sales Forecaster Tool- Imagine being able to forecast revenue coming from each of your advertising campaigns for the coming month? This tool factors in the historic performance of each of your campaigns and projects revenue based on advertising budgets you enter. Use this tool to figure out how much money you need to be spending on your advertising to hit your revenue targets. In addition, you can use it to set performance benchmarks for your team.
All of these reports are easily exported to an Excel spreadsheet for printing, sharing and further analysis.
